  • Pre-session prep to hit the ground running on our intensive days

  • An initial meeting to review the prep and set clear expectations for our sprint days

  • 7 hours of focused work during the sprint (I'll be in touch via the client portal for your feedback and check-ins!)

  • 7 days of post-sprint assistance for any queries or final touches

  • Staying Connected During Our Sprint: Throughout our VIP Design Sprint, we'll maintain regular communication on the client portal, sharing updates and receiving your real-time feedback on the design progress.

  • I strongly suggest choosing a day when you're not tied up with numerous commitments, allowing you to fully engage during our time together. This way, you can actively participate and maximize our collaboration for outstanding outcomes.

 FAQs for the VIP Design Sprint

  • It all starts by filling out the application on the contact page. Tell me all the amazing details about your project and I’ll get back to you within two business days.

    I only work with a limited number of custom brand + web clients each month, so don't wait too long before submitting your survey above.

  • Once we have set a date to get started on your project, and have been through our contract, you will be directed to an invoice for your deposit.

    This payment will secure your project slot. Please note, all client work that you are responsible for providing must be sent in by our agreed upon date or your deposit is forfeited.

    Sorry love, but I only work with a set amount of clients and the agreed upon timeline must be upheld. This is a common practice for higher-end designers.

    The remaining balance for your design sprint is due on the day the project starts and must be sent before work begins.

  • Your VIP Design sprint is 3-4 day delivery time from the day your book your project.

  • Only Squarespace. I use Squarespace for my personal sites. Why? Because they are stunning, have great customer support, are affordable, and are an all in one platform if you want to utilize their email, courses and e-commerce shop.

    Most importantly, when I hand off your beautiful website to you, I want you to be able to update it with ease. This is why Squarespace is amazing.

  • I will send you some project homework which includes completing a brand questionnaire, a Pinterest inspiration board and filling out a website content guide which will walk you through how to gather all of the content for your website.

    You will need to provide me a to-do list for your design sprint in order of importance. I will of course work my hardest to get all items accomplished but it depends on the length of each task.

  • The Website + Branding Design package is perfect for you if:

    You are ready to take your business to the next level with fully bespoke design and branding. We will dig deep to discover your ideal client and the vibe that resonates with you.

    The Brand + Copy Website Design Deluxe package is perfect for you if:

    ✸ You’re a more established business looking for all the bells and whistles! In-depth strategy, fully custom brand identity, matching templates, copywriting, fully custom built from scratch website. You’re ready for a total transformation.

    ✸ You trust and value the process of fully custom branding and website design. You’re happy to commit to a 2 month process with regular feedback, focus and input from you along the way.

    If you are on a more limited budget, you can go with the web build only package and you provide the branding, assets, and copy.

    Your domain if you don’t already have one.

    Your images of yourself.

    Your copy if you do not purchase my copy package.

  • Absolutely! You can add on a transfer service such as moving over your blog or products.

    For example if you have a Wordpress site, we can get everything transferred over with our transfer service.

    Squarespace has great SEO and one can easily update and improve this important part of your site.
